  • All orders are subject to availability. We will confirm your order and notify you of any changes.

3. Payment

  • Payments must be completed before order fulfillment.

  • We accept credit cards and approved online payments.

4. Delivery & Pickup

  • Deliveries are made within our listed service areas.

  • There is a minimum order amount for delivery (as listed on the site).

  • Pickup orders must be collected during store hours.

  • Leaf & Bloom is not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Substitutions

  • While we aim to match the arrangement pictured, flowers or containers may be substituted based on availability.

  • Substitutions will reflect the color, style, and value of your original selection.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup.

  • Same-day orders, or orders placed during peak holiday times, cannot be canceled.

7. Custom Orders & Special Requests

  • Custom requests are welcome. Please provide details in advance.

  • We will confirm availability and pricing before fulfilling custom arrangements.

8. Liability

  • Leaf & Bloom is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • We take care to deliver flowers and gifts in perfect condition; however, we cannot guarantee products once they leave our shop.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All images, content, and designs on this website are the property of Leaf & Bloom. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Changes to Terms
