All orders are subject to availability. We will confirm your order and notify you of any changes.
3. Payment
Payments must be completed before order fulfillment.
We accept credit cards and approved online payments.
4. Delivery & Pickup
Deliveries are made within our listed service areas.
There is a minimum order amount for delivery (as listed on the site).
Pickup orders must be collected during store hours.
Leaf & Bloom is not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Substitutions
While we aim to match the arrangement pictured, flowers or containers may be substituted based on availability.
Substitutions will reflect the color, style, and value of your original selection.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup.
Same-day orders, or orders placed during peak holiday times, cannot be canceled.
7. Custom Orders & Special Requests
Custom requests are welcome. Please provide details in advance.
We will confirm availability and pricing before fulfilling custom arrangements.
8. Liability
Leaf & Bloom is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We take care to deliver flowers and gifts in perfect condition; however, we cannot guarantee products once they leave our shop.
9. Intellectual Property
All images, content, and designs on this website are the property of Leaf & Bloom. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
10. Changes to Terms
Leaf & Bloom reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website.
