During high-volume holidays (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas), delivery times may vary. We carefully limit the number of orders we accept to maintain quality and service.

• Deliveries are considered on time by 5pm for businesses and 7pm for residences, unless express delivery is selected

• Orders placed 24+ hours in advance may be canceled up to 24 hours before delivery

• Same-day holiday orders cannot be canceled or refunded
