  • Yes! Place your order online or by phone before 4pm and we’ll deliver your flowers the same day.

    Please note: some specialty items may require advance notice and may not be available for same-day delivery.

  • While we do our best to accommodate specific requests, flower and container substitutions may be necessary based on seasonal availability. If a substitution is needed, we’ll always match the color, style, value, and overall feel of the original design.

  • Absolutely. We frequently replenish our inventory, and specialty blooms or plants are often available with advance notice. Let us know what you’re looking for and we’ll follow up with availability and pricing.

  • We deliver throughout Waunakee and the greater Madison area. If you don’t see your location listed, just give us a call — we’re happy to help.

    Delivery minimum:

    • No minimum for in-store pickup

  • We always call ahead when possible. If it’s safe to leave the flowers in a shaded, protected area, we’ll do so and notify the recipient. If not, we’ll attempt to leave the arrangement with a neighbor. If neither option works, we’ll leave a door tag so the recipient can contact us to arrange pickup or redelivery.

  • Yes. We deliver to all funeral homes in our delivery area. To ensure maximum freshness and care, arrangements are delivered on the day they are needed.

  • During high-volume holidays (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas), delivery times may vary. We carefully limit the number of orders we accept to maintain quality and service.

    For holiday orders:

    • Deliveries are considered on time by 5pm for businesses and 7pm for residences, unless express delivery is selected

    • Orders placed 24+ hours in advance may be canceled up to 24 hours before delivery

    • Same-day holiday orders cannot be canceled or refunded
